Yes! The ArunaIM client is written in Java and is verified to work on Windows, Linux, Mac. The mac and linux versions will be tested and released in the coming months. The windows version is available now.

Setting up a solution is only a question of making a change in your DNS record, adding the users to your IM server and installing the client at the users computers. Any upgrades after that are made automatically from within the client.

Not any more than they would need to be trained to use another IM solution (which they probably already are using at home). They would need to be informed about secure practices if they want to use the client outside of your company network or if they want to communicate with external users. We will however be providing user manuals, administration manuals and training material for you to refer.

No, ArunaLabs solutions are hosted by us, so you don't have to worry about investing in expensive servers and maintaining them. You do not need to buy any software to run our solutions. You just need to install the Client IM software and start instant messaging with your co-workers. All you need is a PC or MAC and a browser.
