Conferencing
Conference is an online meeting in which more than two people get together online to discuss, collaborate, update and share. The creator of the conference can choose to keep the conference private and only those with the password will be allowed to join. Or they can have an open meeting for all to join in. For both convenience and compliance sake, your meetings will always be logged to the server so can view archives of previous meeting transcripts, view lists of current and past chat participants and view what files were uploaded and download. Aruna IM conferences, for secure online meetings within your company.
Web Conferencing
Have you ever wanted to chat securely to a client, vendor, consultant or other third party sitting outside of your corporate walls? Now you can with Aruna IM web chat. Have peace of mind knowing that you can give a one time chat environment, without having to give access to your Internal systems. One on one chats, group chats and file sharing too. Just sent them the link from your Aruna IM client and they will be able to join in the chat from anywhere there is an internet connection and a web browser.
Broadcast message
You can use this feature to send a message to all the contacts in your list with a click of a button. It broadcasts your message to the people in your lists instantaneously.
Secure file transmission
You can securely share your files with your contacts with the Secure File Transmission. You can upload or download any type of file.
Security
The messages transmitted through Aruna IM are highly secure and confidential. All you communication is SSL encrypted. We follow the open standards using SSL/TLS for our connections.
History
History of all communication is stored on our secure servers for both the user and the company benefit. User can easily search and find the history of all prior communications from a encrypted WebServices interface.. It is also worth noting that history is secure even if someones laptop is stolen or crashed. From a company point of view, all the communications of all employees are recorded and archived for compliance or future reference.
Strong Encryption (not yet implemented)
Using Peer-to-peer encryption, your messages are protected twice, once through the SSL-layer when sending the messages and once for your own encryption, making the messages unreadable to us as well.

Easy installation,setup and updates
We set up your company IM server and security. All you need to do is download the IM client software and install it on each employee computer. The software will check for and install updates automatically after the first install so there are no ongoing hassles for future updates.
